IMPORTANT: IRON BODY BASICS! SEE BELOW...

IRON BODY BASICS: All participants (regardless of past kettlebell training experience) are REQUIRED to attend an Iron Body Basics prior to registering for Iron Body Conditioning or the Iron Body Small Group Training Program.  Iron Body Basics are listed on the team training schedule above and typicaly meet Saturdays at 10:30 a.m.  Please register online for the Basics.
