The Resources page is Iron Body Studios' collection of helpful links to websites, recommended DVDs and Books to help you to stay informed about health and fitness so that you can stay on track with your health and fitness goals. In addition, we have provided a link to some of our favorite kettlebell workouts for those Iron Body Studios’ Clients who are looking to train on the days that they are unable to make it to the studio for class or for their personal training session.
